Big John was great, he is a true Professional and his Team were very helpful. We had another Realtor prior to John, who produced very little results. All he wanted was to reduce the Price time and time again. It would appear that he did not have an extensive marketing campaign whatsoever as we have very few Showings. Big John was highly recommend to us by our Movers and from the first time we met him we new he was the Realtor that would do a great job for us. Big John has a very extensive marketing campaign which paid off with the number of Showings, which resulted in us Selling our House. Given the market conditions in the Calgary Market, Big John is amazing in delivering results. John and his team have helped us sell and buy 3 houses and 2 rental condos in the Calgary market. Our last house sale in February of this year was the one that concerned us the most as the housing market is not great for sellers and prices are severely depressed, however an opportunity existed that we didn’t want to miss out on and wanted a quick sale if possible. We met with John a couple times before listing the house to review what was needed to get the house in the best shape for selling and to review pricing options and John was honest about the market and what needed to be done to maximize value. Prior to the official listing John and his team started the pre-marketing work and we actually had a showing prior to official listing. Once we were live online the phone app that John's team uses was great for confirming showings and keeping information current on our houses activity and the custom webpage really showed the house to its best. The proof of John’s hard work was that we had a sale complete in 10 days from listing at almost the exact number that John told us we could expect. The follow up work from Cheryl post sale has been fantastic and she does a great job of managing the sale and post sale process.
