    " My wife and I moved to Calgary with our 9 month old son from Ontario in November having secured an Airbnb for one month. Our plan was to find a short term rental for 3 months while we would start house hunting with our chosen realtor, Dave Peterson. As it turned out Dave had us moving into our new home within 2 weeks of starting our hunt! Something I thought totally impossible. Our first choice was very unrealistic as it was well outside our ceiling price. Dave negotiated the price down by close to 10 percent. He took care of finding us a great mortgage broker, a lawyer and a home inspector, he even lent us everything we needed to redecorate. I'm sure for a lot of people, buying their first home can be a very stressful experience, for us Dave took care of everything.
