In addition to your needs, "Big John" will also calculate what your financial abilities are. We have designed a special Buyer Orientation Guide, to provide as much information to the client as possible. By conducting this interview and providing an extensive buyer orientation package, "Big John" saves his clients a lot of time and frustration that comes from looking at unsuitable homes.

It is important that clients know that there is someone working for them when purchasing a home. "Big John" provides his clients with a computer generated Market Analysis on a property before they enter into an offer to purchase, It is important that my clients know that they are paying fair market value for a property, explains John.
